The model estimate for Gram Panchayat building has been
prepared for option –I Drawing for Hard Soil. Please prepare estimate based
on model estimate based on local site condition and submit to respective ZP
for administrative approval. In places of BC Soil/loose soil please ensures
soil investigation and necessary treatment to the foundation in the
estimate. Plan of GP Building of option-I or Option-II may be considered in
consultation with the ZP. Site dimension required for the proposed building
is 60’X45’. In places wherever required site dimension is not available, GP
Buildings shall be suitable altered based on the site availability.
Please forward the list of works entrusted with detailed
progress report. RDPR Dept has accepted for Estimate cost of 15 lakhs and
the revised order awaited
